How can I get help if I feel I don't have the money for help?

Question: I need some help but I feel I do not have the money to participate now. But without help, I may not ever GET the money. It's like a vicious circle. What do I do?

Are there techniques to overcome my prospecting anxiety?

Question: My former coach used to yell at me and say "You need to call more poeple". In reality, this made me more anxious. Are there any techniques that can be used to manage lead generation reluctance?

What caused my lead generation reluctance?

Question: I realize I have problems prospecting and making calls to generate leads. It really does cause panic in my life. But how does someone get lead generation reluctance?

Should I incur the cost of coaching since I'm just starting out?

Question: I am new to the real estate business and I am not sure if I should
commit to a real estate coaching program now or if I should wait. I don't
want my expenses to be too high especially when I am just starting in this
