Question: I have a limited amount of time to dedicate to my real estate business. With my children's schedules and other family obligations I am only available to work 3 to 4 hours a day. Can I succeed in this business if I can only work 3 to 4 hours a day
Answer: Most successful agents work significantly more than 3 to 4 hours a day, however if your focus an a few key core behaviors during those 3 to 4 hours you can still out-perform the "average" agent. There are six income producing behaviors in real estate. If you dedicate 3 to 4 hours a day (combined) to these activities, you will succeed.
Those activities are:
1) Lead Generation & Prospecting
2) Lead Follow Up
3) Listing Appointments/Taking Listings
4) Showing Property To QUALIFIED BUYERS ONLY
5) Negotiating Contracts
6) Taking Price Improvements (reductions)
