I have learned soooo much.  Many things that are common sense once you hear them, and many of which I have already started to implement (handwritten note of thanks, post-closing survey, ASKING for referrals).  I really needed a kickstart and it's working!  I've learned a lot about how I am preventing my success by being horrible at time management.  I'm working on it.  My success will truly come once I am able to make the transition from part-time to full-time.  It's coming boss!  Steve is a great coach and it is well worth every penny I spent.

First of all, I realized (even though I knew it) that I had to hire an assistant to do all the “stuff” that was holding me back from making calls, (the whole time thing excuse) so I am training an assistant now.

Good Morning Gentlemen!  This is Sonya Epstein at Keller Williams Realty in Las Vegas.  You are so right!  The empowerment I experienced over the last three weeks is powerful.  I have listened to my CD for lead gen daily. Every other day I've incorporated the Anxiety, Fear CD.  It took about five times and it became my new routine before bed. I looked forward to the experience of tuning out the world of business and focus on my inner peace.
